Pritzker Science Center
Milton, Massachusetts

The mission of this 2-story science building is transparency and openness. Glass walls dominate the building, so that passers-by can actively observe the educational process in each of the classrooms and laboratories. Each entrance is entirely glass: one a multi-story wall topped by a knife edge roof, the other a tiered glass wall stepped back from a curved steel canopy. Faculty and staff are able to reach the students through the access provided by the omnipresent glass walls.
